Madhya Pradesh's health and medical education department has used AI for the first time, it was announced on Monday.
In Madhya Pradesh, medical education has used Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate phase II of the MBBS course curriculum in Hindi. According to a press release, MBBS in Hindi was introduced in MP during the previous academic session.
Another AI-powered intervention is by the MP health department to answer health-related questions.
"Answers to health-related questions will be at the fingertips of the youth," said MP health Dr Prabhuram Choudhary. The "Just Ask" artificial intelligence-based chatbot has begun in the newly launched MP." He referred to it as a first in the country.
The chatbot was created by the United Nations Population Fund (UNDP), whose India Representative and Bhutan Country Director Andrea M Wojnar was also present.
According to Wojnar, youth and individuals require safe spaces to access accurate and reliable information. The chatbot can answer questions about menstruation, reproductive health, pregnancy, and family planning, among other topics, as well as social and personal issues.
